SAP Trainer

We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable SAP Trainers to join our team and deliver high-quality training across various SAP modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on SAP experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to simplify complex SAP concepts for learners with different levels of technical and functional knowledge. The role involves developing and delivering training programs, preparing learning materials, conducting practical sessions, and supporting learners in understanding SAP processes and real-world business scenarios. Key Responsibilities • Deliver instructor-led training sessions on relevant SAP modules. • Explain SAP concepts, business processes, configurations, and functionalities in a clear and practical manner. • Develop and update training materials, presentations, exercises, case studies, and practical assignments. • Conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical training using SAP systems. • Assess learners' understanding through quizzes, assignments, practical exercises, and evaluations. • Provide guidance and support to trainees throughout the learning journey. • Incorporate real-world business scenarios and industry practices into training sessions. • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, functionalities, and industry trends. • Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to plan and improve training programs. • Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and learner feedback. • Identify knowledge gaps and provide additional support where required. • Participate in the development of new SAP training courses and learning content. SAP Modules We welcome trainers with expertise in one or more of the following SAP modules: • SAP FICO • SAP MM • SAP SD • SAP PP • SAP PM • SAP HCM • SAP SF • SAP Ariba • SAP ABAP • SAP BASIS Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a relevant field. • 3-5 years of relevant SAP experience in a functional, technical, consulting, or training capacity. • Strong knowledge of at least one SAP module. • Practical/hands-on experience with SAP systems. • Previous training, teaching, mentoring, or knowledge-sharing experience will be preferred. • SAP certification will be an added advantage. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. • Ability to explain technical and functional concepts to beginners as well as experienced learners. Preferred Skills • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred. • Experience in developing SAP training content and learning materials. • Ability to conduct interactive and engaging classroom/online training. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Good understanding of business processes relevant to the respective SAP module. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the training team.
